GMC Cadillac Dealership

Transformed a rundown abandoned car dealership into a prototype high-end facility. The existing building had unique inverted steel girders that we modified and incorporated into the new design. The showroom and main offices included a visitors lounge with entertainment area and a 1,000 sq.ft. employee gym. We added a separate used car service building and shop as well as a quick lube service center. This new dealership concept provided the ultimate one stop shop for all their customers.

Each testing labs was created as a clean room with dedicated ventilation and air-conditioning. There was also a 1000 square-foot cooler installed for testing samples with a back up power source. Finally, a decontamination room was created along with other wash down stations and other emergency features.

Regal Boat Factory and Production Line

Project included enlargement of existing paint booths and replacement of the vacuum system for the assembly line. Regals needed to enlarge their paint booths by 30% to accommodate their new larger boat line. The challenge was a strict timeline and working conditions, as they could not afford to shutdown the entire production line to complete the work. This project required coordinating multiple trades at the factory overnight and on the weekends. Simuetainously we also replaced the vacuum system for the assembly line which services the entire production line.

The International Training Center in Bamako, Mali (West Africa)

Project Manager for the 10,000 square-foot, two-story building for Campus Crusade for Christ. The project took several years to complete with volunteers from all over the world participating for months at a time in their various trades. This was a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to truly learn how to work with volunteers and native people to build this training center in a Third World country absent all the conveniences of modern technology. We volunteered our project management for 2 months each year.
